"Really nice crew"
The onboard crew were great. Everyone was friendly, drinks came around ridiculously fast, and the whole flight felt easy and relaxed.

"Check-in took longer than it should have"
I tried checking in on sunwing.ca and, from what I remember, it kept freezing right after I entered my passport info. I had to redo it a couple of times, which was frustrating. It did eventually go through, I think, but there wasn’t a clear message saying it was actually finished. I’m probably only remembering the annoying part now, but it definitely wasn’t the smoothest thing to deal with before a trip.

I’m usually skeptical when companies talk about how “seamless” everything is, because it almost never feels that way in real life. But boarding went quick. The staff seemed relaxed, the line kept moving, and it was way less annoying than I was expecting...

"Great value for the price!"
We booked through sunwing.ca because it came out cheaper than a few other sites I checked, we were happy with it. The flights and hotel were both solid for what we paid. It wasn’t anything super fancy, but it was exactly what we needed and felt like really good value. Plus, no surprise fees showed up, which was a nice bonus!

"Pretty accurate package, just one annoying detail"
I booked a vacation package on sunwing.ca and, to be fair, most of it was exactly as advertised. The hotel, flights, and transfers all lined up fine, so no major drama there. The only thing that bugged me was the room view, it wasn’t really what I thought I was getting, which was kind of frustrating. Still, overall there weren’t any big surprises.

I had an issue at first and it took a little longer than I expected, so I was kind of frustrated for a bit. But after getting on a call with them, they actually listened and helped sort it out. Not perfect from the start, but it did get fixed in the end, so yeah, thanks for following through

"I flew with Sunwing recently and..."
I flew with Sunwing recently and the plane was really clean. The seats, tray table, and even the washroom all looked like they’d been properly taken care of. Just from the way everything was kept, I got the impression the crew or cleaning team actually pays attention to the details. No sticky spots, no leftover garbage, nothing like that. It made the flight feel a lot more comfortable. Overall, I had a good experience and I’d fly with them again.

"Arrived fast, just had a tiny scuff"
The bags showed up quicker than I expected, which was great. One of them had a small scuff, but I’m not too bothered since I bought them to actually use, not just look perfect sitting around. Overall they handled fine and I didn’t run into any real issues.

Our Sunwing rep at the hotel was easy to track down and helped us sort out a bit of confusion with our pickup time. It wasn’t a huge issue, and they handled it well. Overall, the service was good and made things a little less stressful.

"Easy transfer with Sunwing"
The Sunwing.ca bus was already waiting when we got there, so it was super easy. No stress, no running around trying to figure things out, just got on and... yeah, it all went smoothly.

"Booking Was More Frustrating Than I Expected"
I tried booking a vacation on sunwing.ca it felt more annoying than it should have. Some pages were slow to load, and a couple of times it kicked me back after I had already picked my flights, which was frustrating.
The price also changed near the end, and I was expecting clearer instructions or at least a better breakdown of what was being added. I kept having to double-check the total because it wasn’t super obvious where the extra costs were coming from.
I did manage to finish the booking, so it wasn’t a total disaster, but the whole process felt clunky. Not the worst experience ever, just not as smooth or clear as I hoped it would be...

"Helpful support when our flight was delayed"
Our flight home ended up getting delayed, and the app was literally not very clear at first, so I reached out to Sunwing support through the website. It took a little while to get connected with someone, but once I did, they explained the updated flight time and the voucher details clearly.
It definitely wasn’t a perfect situation since we were tired and stuck waiting around, but they did follow up and it felt like someone was actually keeping an eye on it. Overall, the support helped make a frustrating delay a bit easier to deal with.

"Really nice resort stay"
We had a really good stay here. The hotel felt clean, the room was comfortable, and the resort pretty much had everything we needed without having to think too much about it. The pool and food were both better than I expected, which always makes a trip feel easier. Based on this stay, I’d say it’s probably a solid choice for anyone looking for a relaxing resort getaway. I’d definitely book again

"Rebooking was actually simple"
I had to switch my trip and expected the credit part to be a bit of a headache, because that’s usually how these things go. But it was straightforward. My sunwing credit showed up, and I was able to apply it to the new booking without much fuss. The wait to speak with someone was longer than I’d like, but the agent was friendly and knew what they were doing. All in all, it worked out fine and I was happy to get it sorted.

"Cancelled flight was stressful, but they sorted it out"
Our Sunwing.ca flight got cancelled at the last minute, it was stressful in the moment. The email came through late and we didn’t get clear info right away, which felt like something preventable with better communication.
Once we finally got in touch with someone, things improved. They rebooked us for the next day and took care of the hotel, so it wasn’t perfect, but the staff were kind and it did work out in the end. I’d give 4 stars because they fixed the issue, even if the start was rough

"Everything Ran Right on Schedule"
